This has to be one of the best deals in LP style guitars and Instrument Alley is the best place to make this purchase. Guitar arrived quickly, was well packed and flawless. I was planning to have it setup, but the action is perfect with zero fret buzz. Sounds great through both of my amps and has excellent sustain. I highly recommend both the Oscar Schmidt and Instrument Alley!

Well made, nearly set up at nut slots, just needs frets smoothed and new strings and adjust 2 saddles forward for intonation and pickup screws adjusted for tone balance. This is a well-made and good playing guitar. At well under $200, it would be hard to beat in a new guitar and plenty of LP for most any ordinary player. Surprisingly well made and smooth tuners. I have owned over 300 guitars over the years and this is easily in the top 10 for value and does sound versatile and is well made . Don't waffle on this one... get one.

after spending a little $$ to get it set up correctly this is a nice guitar. Great feel, service good, Item as expected except I thought it would have been set up a little better. It wasn't cheap to get it adjusted and ready to play but now it plays great!

The guitar looks, sounds and plays really well. The finish is top quality and with the standard hardware holds it's tuning very well. It is comparable to more expensive licensed Les Paul models.

Just got my second OE20G from Instrument Alley. I foolishly sold the first one after I bought a $599 SGR guitar as an upgrade. It was not as easy to play, and didn't sound any better. I soon missed my Oscar Schmidt. Set it up with the action really low and the pickups really high, and the baby just screams! Best guitar in it's price range in the world. Certainly better than my old Epi LP. It was on backorder, so I had to wait 6 weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait. Got a free guitar cable, as always, and it was beautiful! Am amazed at the sounds I get out of it and a Fender Mustang II amp. And it was $25 cheaper than anyplace else I could find online.

Was pleased with the product was disappointed could not get the gold top I originally ordered it was on backorder and no date and not intstermate valleys fault but fed ex messed up on shipping took 10 days to get guitar crazy but price was kickass for the product thanks

Love my new guitar, which was backordered Jan. 2, so took about 5 weeks to arrive. Packaging was minimal but apparently no damage. The matching ordered gig bag, Guardian CG400, was never received going on 53 days right now, so my new Oscar is up on a stand. I was emailed Feb.9 that the bag would arrive in 2-4 days, then Feb. 13 told it was backordered...It's Feb.23 and no news on the bag from IA yet.

I only give it a good due to a loose wire connection that needs to be tracked down in the pick up area but seems to move from switch to knobs, but all in all the guitar is great.
