We generally keep most items in stock. The availability is listed for all items on the items page. In the event that your order will be backordered or delayed we will contact you via email or telephone. Please read about Pre-Ordering HERE
We try to ship all orders in 48 hours but some may require additional processing or setup. Please anticipate a 1-7 business day processing time for all orders.
Orders placed with credit cards are not charged until the item actually ships, we only authorize payment when the order is placed. If you see a charge on your card right after the order is placed, it is a pre-authorization only.
- All International items are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Customs and brokerage fees may apply.

- All domestic items are shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery unless another option is chosen.
