Most orders will ship in 24 Hours! We generally keep most items in stock. The availability is listed for all items on the items page. We do utilize manufacturers inventory and warehouses for strategic shipping purposes to save on time or shipping expenses. This means that you likely will receive your item in the time frame advertised, or possibly sooner. In the event that your order will be backordered or delayed we will contact you via email or telephone.
We try to ship all orders in 24 hours but some may require additional processing or setup. Please anticipate a 1-7 business day processing time for all orders.
Orders placed with credit cards are not charged until the item actually ships, we only authorize payment when the order is placed. If you see a charge on your card right after the order is placed, it is a pre-authorization only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE:
Some orders, including guitars, banjos and other larger items may not qualify for USPS Priority Mail shipping. Some countries will require Global Express Guaranteed as the only shipping option for large boxes. The size of guitar, banjo and related boxes have a total dimension of around 90-100 inches. The cutoff for USPS Priority and Express in some countries is 79". To see if your country requires Global Express guaranteed, please go HERE and select your country.
Due to recent changes in export requirements, some international shipments may require a US Fish and Wildlife Export Certificate that increases the price of each shipment by $99. We may contact you for additional payment if your item contains mother of pearl. Items containing rosewood cannot be exported at this time. This may change in the future but for now the CITES rosewood ban has put an end to rosewood exporting. Please inquire for more information at help@InstrumentAlley.com
