The Gold Star GF-85 5-String Banjo is back after a 10-year hiatus! Its extensive list of features make it understandable why demand for its return was so high. It has a 3-ply rock maple rim, traditional-style mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard with medium nickel-silver frets, single-piece resonator flange, 20-hole flathead-style tone ring, deluxe mahogany resonator, planetary tuners with a geared fifth-peg, Old Presto tailpiece, armrest and deluxe maple bridge. All hardware is triple-nickel plated, and all the gorgeous inlay work is in genuine mother of pearl, including the traditional Gold Star script inlay across the headstock.
