Description
The P55 Koa is based on the Washburn “Style 306”
design originally built in 1889, over 100 years ago. It features a Koa
top and Koa back and sides, exceptionally beautiful and providing a
focused, articulate tone. This Parlor has a shorter 24-3/4” scale and
features a natural stain finish, “Style 306” abalone rosette &
fingerboard inlay, and Washburn “smile” bridge. The mahogany neck
features a Walnut fingerboard and gold open gear tuners. This guitar produces a nicely balanced, intimate, tone perfect for
finger picking and singer/song writers. The clarity of the parlor sized
body is especially suited to recording and mic’d performance.
