Description
Washburn designed the Festival series to address the needs of the
performing musician and it has succeeded for over 25 years. The Festival
series was the standard acoustic/electric guitar seen on MTV's
"Unplugged" series and has since become one of the best selling and most
copied guitars on the market. A large body teamed up with quality
electronics, hardware, and fine woods allows the pristine, crystaline
highs to blend perfectly with a full, well rounded low end.
The Washburn Festival EA 12 acoustic-electric guitar has a mini jumbo
style cutaway body made of basswood. A mahogany neck that is topped with
a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. An under-the-saddle Piezo pickup and a
4-band WT-92 Preamp with built-in tuner gives you the freedom to perform
at any venue. Other features include a rosewood bridge, chrome die-cast
Grover style tuning machines, white binding on body and neck, abalone
rosette, Washburn logo & stylized W headstock inlay, and a buff
gloss finish. Case sold separately.
