Purchased this Viola for a middle school student who has been playing the violin and/or viola for approx. 3 years. He absolutely loves this violin! The quality, sound and tone is great. We are extremely happy with this purchase. Originally intended to purchase the SVA-200. It was out of stock, and Instrument Alley suggested the SVA500 as an alternative. We are so glad,  because my son loves this Viola!
