I was disappointed I couldn't get the cream but I view that as a EastWood  problem  I'm so glad you fixed that cart problem. all went pretty smooth I love the guitar plays great looks great  ! I'll be buying more stuff YOU'VE GOT THE BEST DEALS.....

I shopped around for months looking for a mandolin, both in stores and on-line.  After much consideration I chose IA for the low prices.  I saw some negative reviews on the Rip Off Report, but they were old reviews and I had already been in contact with IA via email, each time with a quick response.  I could not be happier with the service and with my new mandolin.  Thank you.

A fine tool for the working musician. It has all the good things (great woods, style, warm rich sound, and playability) for a price that is unreal. Compare to big buck guitars and pocket the 1K plus you will save.

Not only did I get an immediate and helpful response to my initial query about the item, it arrived quickly, packaged well, and complete with everything the item listing contained. Haven't gotten to use the actual item extensively as it is a Christmas gift, but it plays nicely and all of the included extras were great and a nice quality. Will shop here again.
