I ordered the tiger I guitar and they were out of stock took about a month and a half to two months to come in but well worth the wait I was very surprised when I first got it,beautiful but it had a little fret buzz on the first and second frets but the neck was straight as an arrow I turn the truss rod about a quarter of a turn strings are super low with no fret buzz unbelievable for the price I've got an EC 256 LTD I didn't think this would even come close that was very pleasantly surprised I would definitely get five stars and when I contacted instrument alley about the time frame they were straight up with me and told me the exact time and everything no problems there great product

I have purchased two guitars from Instrument Alley and my orders were well packaged and were as described. Great prices. They are not a large company so it takes a little longer to get your order. Not a big deal for me as I would recommend them to friends and family🎸

You should know what color the knobs and pickguard will be on the merchandise you offer for sale. Simply saying you don't know what the manufacturer will send is really kind of lame. Guitar is fine.

Smooth transaction - Great value	January 4, 2019

I have played acoustic guitars for 50+ years. This is my 1st electric guitar and I didn't want to spend much money. I had read several reviews about good guitars for less than $200. The OE20 was mentioned several times, so I decided to get one. Instrument Alley had the best price and a 7 day return policy- so I purchased it. It shipped in 3 days arrived and a week later. It came double boxed and undamaged. I took it a luthier to get a professional opinion the day after it arrived. He said it needed a set-up and some frets smoothed out, so I left it with him. I mentioned to him that some reviews had recommended replacing various parts: bridge, pick-ups, tuners, jack, etc. When I picked it up, he said the intonation was good and he had inspected it carefully; nothing needed to be replaced. He said it plays easy, has a good tone and the finish is without blemish. It is not a high quality,expensive guitar, but he felt it was a good value for the price. I am very satisfied.

Received my Oscar Schmidt Les Paul style guitar right on schedule. Guitar was well in standard guitar box put inside another box. Guitar was wrapped well to protect from any scratches. Needed some intonation adjustment but other than that, the body did not have any scratches and was in perfect condition. Very pleased with my purchase from Instrument Alley and would definitely buy from them in the future.
