The  Istrument arrived with out any damage and it plays great.
The one thing that I would like you to do more at Istrument Alley, is to communicate more with your costumers while we wait for the Instrument.  Your wait time is too long before you process and  send the item.

I been after a decent starter cuatro for a while. The Mexican instruments are terrible. I bought the Oscar Schmidt knowing it is an overall well made item with these exceptions. The strings must be immediately replaced. D'Addario's are OK. The rosewood nut is poorly spaced and the slots are roughly cut. Also, the saddle is plastic and too high. I replaced them with a bone nut and saddle available from Amazon. Now I am 100% pleased with the result.
