I was let know up front how long it would take to get the guitar I ordered. I was given regular updates so I didn’t have to worry about a Christmas gift. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Customer service lacks. Was very surprised to come home to a package even though never got any notification that it even sent. Guitar is beautiful. It is worth all the headache involved with purchasing!!

Any one who has given this shop a bad review is either a difficult person to deal with or is just impossible to make happy. Ben is awesome and his shop has the best prices anywhere. The products i received were beautiful and high quality. I will absolutely use Instrument Ally for all my musical needs. Thanks for the great communication Ben!!

Quick shipping and great value!

Invoice said retail for this guitar was $410 and I gave $189 on this site. Everyone who knows anything about music has told me I got this guitar for a steal. After reading some other reviews that complained about slow shipping I got a little worried and reached out to customer support. They answered quickly and my item arrived within a week of ordering and was very well packaged to avoid damage. Great experience with this company for me!!
