Ben gave me an excellent deal. I'm completely satified with this guitar and its case. I believe that he runs a small operation and is extremely busy. So,communicating with him means getting in line. The result is that you have to wait a bit for a response to inquiries. I believe that this is the trade off for ultra low prices. He has to keep his overhead down, and that means he's extremely busy. I don't know that this is why there was a delay in responses to my communications, but I highly suspect it. Ben sold me a great guitar and bag, at a great price.

Just what I was looking for

I'd actually had a chance to try one of these out at a local store before I bought this one at Instrument Alley. It was the best deal I could get online and I just love the instrument. You really can't beat it for the price.
Good Value. Communication could be more frequent.
