Nice guitar for the price. I wish it was packaged a little better. There was slight damage to the front of the guitar. Rough handling knocked a hole in the box which penetrated through the foam cover over the guitar. A scuff appeared which I cannot remove. Not bad enough to pay shipping to return it. The guitar itself sounds and plays good. I would recommend the guitar for someone on a budget.

Great guitar, packaged well, would buy from again!

My guitar arrived when it was raining, and FedEx did not put it in a bag. I was upset, but this guitar was packaged so well I had no need to worry. It was wrapped in cushion material and in a bag, in a box, in another box. Soaking wet outside, dry as a bone inside! I didn't receive shipping notification until my order was almost at my house, so a bit of an earlier communication would be good. DON'T BELIEVE THE HORROR STORIES out there about Instrument Alley. After reading some reviews, I was nervous and took a chance. I can see how some comments about poor communication may have some truth to them, but ordering something online that was in stock went as smoothly as anything else does.

I had to wait a few months to receive my order, but I must say it was well worth the wait. The horror stories I heard about 12 string guitars, from some of my musician friends, seemed daunting. "They constantly go out of tune." or "Just wait until you have to tune it." were some comments that I heard while waiting to receive my order. I must say that this product exceeded my expectations, and I am delighted with it. The guitar does not go out of tune any more than any other guitar I own, and the instrument is beautiful in appearance as well as its tone. Thanks!
