Daughters Violin is GREAT but the customer service

The Customer Service is not. I am very happy with the product we recently received, but the first violin we had come with a broken string. I replaced the string that day at a music store near by, only to find out after opening on Christmas morning, the violin was too small for my daughter. I requested to send this one back and receive a new one. Got a LOT of run around from "Ben". I moved and waited months to hear back. I wrote again and again, finally heard back and worked out to send the old one back, reorder and receive the new one, when old one arrived, I'd receive my refund. HOWEVER, I am going on week two with no response or reply from "Ben" regarding my first violins refund. I know the violin has been delivered via the tracking number. But two weeks for a refund and two weeks from a response? Someone, please write me BACK!
