4 of 5 IA should have inform me of a change January 22, 2017
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Georgia
First, I'm very happy with this guitar. It is of suitable quality for backpacking. I removed a rating star because the item was back-ordered and by the time I received it, the finish was not as displayed on the website. (red top instead of natural finish) Instrument Alley issued the following; "Unfortunately the factories tend to change the finish from time to time across lines without notice". IA rightfully offered to have me return it, however, I was fine with the new finish. I never found out if I would have had to pay for return shipping. IMO, when you purchase something online, what you receive should accurately reflect the item displayed on the website. I believe IA should have contacted me prior to shipping to inform me of the change. One last thing, when the strings were brought up to tension, the neck bowed excessively making it unplayable. The guitar required professional setup, the truss rod was completely loose… an extra expense to consider when purchasing.

4 of 5 Lefty travel guitar April 9, 2016
Reviewer: Tom B. from East Taunton, MA United States
I was a little hesitant ordering this online without seeing or playing it... Boy was I surprised.  The fit and finish is that of a much more expensive guitar, it hold its tuning really well and sounds much bigger than it is.   Packaging was perfect and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
