The banjolele arrived in a timely manner and was packed well. The set-up on the instrument was not particularly good, however. The strings are set too high above the fret board and the intonation is very poor. I will have to bring the instrument to a professional luthier for a set-up, which adds to the cost of the purchase. I had purchased the package bundle. I didn't realize that the accessories would be shipped separately, so I was surprised when the banjolele arrived without them. The accessories did show up about a week later.
Generally satisfied, but not thrilled.
