4 of 5 Mandocaster solid body mandolin black right handed May 14, 2018
Reviewer: Peter Gordon from Thousand Oaks , CA United States
My only complaint is that the instrument was supposed to come already setup. When it arrived, the intonation was off by a half step and the E string saddle was so far out of adjustment that one of the strings was buzzing because the adjustment screw was not making contact with the instrument body. Once my local guitar expert set it up correctly, it played very well.

5 of 5 Great Customer Service December 2, 2013
Reviewer: Aaron Pittman from Kingsville, TX United States
I ordered my Mandocaster with the Eastwood hard case as a gift for my girlfriend.  I was concerned because the case had stable holes in it and the Mandocaster had some surface scratches.  I spoke to customer service and we worked everything out with no problems.  I would definitely buy from them again

4 of 5 Eastwood Mandocaster Purchase April 5, 2013
Reviewer: Joseph DeMott from Baldwin, NY United States
Finally got my Eastwood Mandocaster and I am pleased with it. This is an electric mandolin that is modeled after the Fender Mandocaster from the 50's. It has 8 strings and two electric pickups and resembled a mini Telecaster. It looks beautiful and the sound is pretty good - (wasn't expecting to sound like a Gibson.) Whats cool about this instrument is you can play through an amp with effects getting volume without feedback which is ideal for the traditional & modern country band I am playing in. The neck scale is very small and may take some getting used to. The price was the lowest anywhere $332 - saved over $70- and it included a free case, free shipping and even included a small cable. It took over 2 months to get it but I do believe the delay was on Eastwood's end as I know they were back ordering these - given the price - worth waiting for
