Instrument Alley will be getting my business from now on. The guitar I was ordering was unavailable from the manufacturer. Instrument Alley's customer service is amazing. They stayed with me and worked with me to find the right guitar. I mean they stayed on top of it from start to finish and they got me what I wanted extremely fast. From our first contact until the guitar was at my door they kept me in the loop every step of the way. I do not usually write reviews and feedback but I cannot say enough great things about Instrument Alley, and it was a very pleasant experience. I have never had such great customer service, and I have bought thousands of dollars in equipment. And what they matched me up with was a fantastic guitar, I could not be more pleased with this purchase. Thanks Instrument Alley, I will be a customer for life! And will tell all my friends about Instrument Alley. Again, thank you so much.
