Chord Buddy Guitar Learning System As Seen On TV - learning the guitar should be fun! Learning with Chord Buddy As Seen On TV is just that. From day one you are playing real songs with just the press of a button.

Using Chord Buddy's patterned teaching system you will learn your right hand rhythm patterns first, while using the chord making tabs to make the chords for you. Once you have learned to strum, it is time to learn the chords. You remove the chord making tabs one at the time and learn the play the chords yourself. In about two months you are playing the guitar on your own!

As soon as the ChordBuddy is properly attached to your acoustic or electric guitar, you will be making music! Within a few weeks, you’ll begin removing some of the tabs and making the chords on your own. In two months, you’ll be able to play the guitar with no ChordBuddy at all.

Our system works on acoustic and electric guitars and helps you make the C, D, G, & E minor Chords.

Package Includes:

  • ChordBuddy
  • Instruction Book
  • Companion DVD with a 2 Month Lesson Plan
  • ChordBuddy Songbook with either 60 or 100 Songs

Each package includes the ChordBuddy as well as instructions on how to properly attach the device to your electric or acoustic guitar. The lesson plan and companion DVD will have you playing popular songs in no time. The ChordBuddy Songbook includes over 100 songs and shows you how to play them with and without the ChordBuddy. The color-coded ChordBuddy songbook includes many hit songs from the past and present including hits from country, bluegrass, gospel and rock-n-roll genres.

Chord Buddy Guitar System Features:

  • Chord Buddy, with tabs for the key of G that will allow you to play literally thousands of songs.
  • Instruction book and companion DVD, which guides you through a two-month, self-paced learning process
  • Chord Buddy Songbook, with an impressive collection of over at least 60 and up to 100 pop, classic rock, country, bluegrass, gospel, and traditional songs, depending on the book that Chord Buddy boxes with the unit.
  • Chords that can be played: G, D, C, and e minor.
  • The Chord Buddy works on all standard dreadnaught, full-size, 3/4 and 5/8-sized acoustic and electric guitars with average to low string height and a neck width of no less than 1 1/2" and no more than 1 7/8".
  • NOTE: Chord buddy will not work on left-handed, classical, 12-string guitars and 1/2 size guitars.
  • Chord Buddy is made in the USA!

Will this version of the ChordBuddy fit my guitar?

Measure across the neck at the nut (the white bar between the frets and the tuning pegs), it should be around 1 3/4″ (1 ½” minimum and 1 7/8” maximum) and from the nut to the 3rd fret should be approximately 4″ChordBuddy works with both left and right handed guitars! If you have a classical guitar (any guitar with a neck width of more than 1 7/8″) you’ll need to make sure to select “Classical” from the drop down. The “right” and “left” handed ChordBuddy will work with full size, 3/4 size and 5/8 size guitars.

Don’t know if you need left or right? If you strum with your right hand and the biggest string is on the top; it is a right handed guitar. If you strum with your left hand and the biggest string is on the top; it is a left handed guitar.

ChordBuddy will not work on half-sized (or any guitar with a neck width of less than 1 1/2″) (children’s) guitars. You can check for sure by making two measurements. Measure across the neck at the nut, it should be around 1 3/4″ (1 ½” minimum and 1 7/8” maximum) and from the nut to the 3rd fret should be approximately 4″. If these two measurements are as noted, the ChordBuddy should work just fine. If the neck of the guitar is too wide, it is probably a classical guitar, and you would order the “classical” ChordBuddy. We do not have a ChordBuddy for a left handed classical guitar. Classicals normally have a mixture of nylon and steel strings. ChordBuddy will only work on a six string guitar.

Reviewer: Adella Crossman from Lexington, NC United States
It is a great item and I used it for a bit. But, I am 80 yrs old, only a few lessons yrsago. Hands gettig stiff so they don't move to good for this job. I am giving my guitar and all to my great grandson in April. I hope he will take lessons in ME and be a good player. Thanks for caring, Mrs Crossman

chord buddy March 23, 2013
Reviewer: lloyd mullen from plano, TX United States
very interesting concept--some problem adjusting chord buttons to neck. time will
tell how good the method is.  more time should be devoted  how to properly fit and
test chord buttons to guitar.
will give a shot
