5 of 5 000 - Not a Dreadnought May 31, 2017
Reviewer: Luke Kurata from Red Deer, AB Canada
This guitar is very "pickable" and for me gives a most sweet and balanced sound. There does not seem to be any overpowering by the bass or loss of clarity by the E, A, and D strings which I have found is the case with many dreadnoughts. Strumming provides clear distinct notes in melodious chords; no fuzzy buzzy chords. I do not deserve this beautiful an instrument.

3 of 5 Nice, but not finished well January 19, 2015
Reviewer: Bill from PA United States
I had just recently purchased a BR-182 from IA and after waiting 4 months for that special order to be built I found that Blueridge had done a wonderful job with it.  Virtually flawless.  Based on that, I ordered a BR-183A but took delivery of a guitar with a few minor blems in the finish, the frets were cut but never finished and so caught my hand every time I moved around the fretboard and finally, one of the tuners (cheap tuners too) was installed so that it's bseplate actually extended past the headstock (i.e., crooked). So, I am disappointed that it wasn't finished as well as the BR-182. Last Blueridge for me based on this one.  Where's the QC?? It does have redeeming values however, decent wood and inlay work.  Only time will tell how it holds up as it matures!  Plays reasonably well and projection is good out of the box with the Adi top.

5 of 5 Customer Service June 3, 2014
Reviewer: Larry H. from Andover, KS United States
I ordered a Blueridge BR-183-A acoustic guitar from Instrument Alley and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Ben went that extra mile that is lacking in most businesses today. I wish more people would take their lead. Their communications was excellent and timely and their prices were very good as well. And by the way, the guitar looked and sounded awesome. They were great to work with. Thanks Ben!

Reviewer: Phil from Berkeley, CA United States
Received this guitar about 7 days after I purchased it at instrumentalley.com. Purchase included a set-up by instrument alley. The looks, sound and feel of this guitar are all beautiful. This guitar was very playable right after I got it and tuned it up.
Love this guitar and I'm very happy with the service I received at Instrument Alley.
Thanks to Ben and all his colleagues at Instrument Alley, whose efforts made this a great purchase.
