Everything you would expect from those 1960's Single Coil pickups - full of natural grit but with a broader range of tones. They give off very little hum and sound like a boutique humbucker in the middle position. Yet as single coils, they have specific reactions to different picks and pick attacks.

I first tried one of these pickups on a late night impulse purchase of an Eastwood Bobcat off Reverb. Voiced like a mid 60’s DeArmond gold foil. Enjoyed it enough that I purchased this set for a future build. Nice affordable alternative to some of the other gold foil inspired pickups currently available.
