MTX's TP1200 consists of a single 12" woofer matched with our X-radial designed horn loaded high frequency tweeter designed to provide uniform sound dispersion, and coverage area, with excellent sound quality. The TP1200 speaker is designed to perform equally well in many different applications, including low to mid level live sound reproduction, public address, karaoke applications, or mobile entertainment. The long excursion woofer and horn-loaded tweeter with high frequency protection circuitry make the TP1200 suitable for voice or music. The speakers carrying handles, mounted to a strong, lightweight cabinet make it easily portable to use anywhere you need it. The rugged corner braces allow for upright positioning and interlock for secure stacking of multiple cabinets. The versatile 5-way binding posts and 1/4" phone jack inputs make it easy to connect to any amplifier.

    Great value for the price! This Loudspeaker does thump and is built well. The only caveat I have with this product is the thin plastic pole mount which doesn't stand up to repetitive use, as I will replace them with steel ones. Loudspeaker sound quality is quite good considering the simple crossover design and small gauge wire used in the installation of the horn and LF driver. I would rate these as a good outdoor party speaker not a Professional Audio speaker, which is what I was looking for when I bought them.

    The purchase experience was easy and Instrument Alley processed the order quickly and the speakers came undamaged. Free shipping in the US to my P.O. box sealed the deal as many companies charge ridiculous shipping rates!  I will definitely deal with Instrument Alley again in the future. Good job!
