| The Gold Tone OB-500 was personally designed by owner Wayne Rogers. The OB-500 banjo has all the features of the OB250+ in an exquisite banjo which will prove to be a collectors edition. Players don't need to trade looks for tone with the OB-500 because it flawlessly incorporates the best of both worlds. Features include an elaborate engraving, gold plated hardware, radiused fingerboard, modified tree of life inlay, maple/abalone neck and body binding, sophisticated resonator inlay, highly flamed neck, and 3 layer wood inlay on back of headstock. Looks like a dream and plays like an absolute show stopper. Compare the specs of this banjo to many costing three times as much but at half the price. Forget that Gibson banjo, this Gold Tone is the real deal but quantities are limited so please inquire about availability.

About the Modified Tree of Life Inlay:
"I specifically designed this inlay so the banjoist can determine the fret positions, unlike other tree of life patterns. Notice the fingerboard has flowers on the fret postitions and only vines on the other positions. Simple but effective, and only the player knows the differnece!"
