Description   The Gold Tone GT-500 6 string for guitar players is traditionally styled with a maple rim, maple resonator, maple neck and a rosewood radiused fingerboard. The unique Gold Tone SMP pick-up accenuates the bass notes and provides piercing banjo-style treble. This model has excellent acoustic volume and great sustain. This banjo was played by Bruce Springsteen on the "Devils & Dust" tour in 2005!! Bruce chose the GT-500 over the 750 because of its lighter weight.
