The new Gold Tone GM-55A A-style mandolin features an oil finish; this finish is much thinner than urethane and allows for the best vibration to maximize tone. Gold Tone has radiused the ebony fingerboard for easy playability and included a fingerboard scoop. Includes a cast tail piece with easy string removal and high quality machine heads for tuning stability. This A-style will compete, sound and playability-wise, with all others at an incredible price point.
