Horrible fulfillment though	August 20, 2016

First, I love the picks but the delivery was not up to par. I finally got the picks THREE weeks after I ordered ... I kept checking the acct and said it was "processing". Talking on chat didn't seem to help. When the picks finally did arrive, there were only 6 when your site said 12. I noticed that has been changed :). When on chat again and the gentleman was kind and offered to send another 6 free of charge and showed up in a few days. If it wasn't for that gesture, I would not have come back to,purchase from this site.
